Here is a link to a video tutorial for how to create custom list items that can be used to navigate through a stack of views.  It doesn't cover in detail how to make the views change.  To see how to do that take a look at the PictureExampleapplication that ships with QuickConnectiPhone.  The image below shows the custom list items running in the simulator.
